Fantastic over-sized bathroom -large, deep bathtub, good water pressure in the shower, towels were plentiful & in a convenient spot, bath towels were large & soft. Good view, even though it was a city view. Good location with plenty of restaurants in the area. Good black out drapes, huge TV, comfortable bed & good size pillows Very clean room & common areas Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Reasonable price for on site parking

We had a brilliant view of Niagara Falls from our room. The hotel is not on the front row of hotels overlooking the Falls so riot all. the rooms have the view but we paid extra and it was definitely worth it. We loved to just sit and look at the changing colours and vistas over the falls. Good to have tea/coffee making in the room with a proviso about the amount of disposable stuff - see "What didn't you like" comment below.

Finally a pet friendly hotel with a view of the Falls! Check-in was quick and easy. Desk staff get 10/10. It was a pleasure dealing with such helpful and pleasant staff. They make this hotel! The view from the room was incredible. waking up to the sunrise over the Falls and falling asleep to the illuminated Falls. Jacuzzi was fabulous. Within walking distance of falls and Clifton hill.

From getting up in the morning and looking out at the gorgeous falls, to the colourful lit up falls at night the view exceeded expectations. You certainly pay for the view but it is well worth it! Location was close enough to walk to desired locations.

It's first time visiting Niagara Falls on Canadian side. Overall the experience was excellent. Definitely I will return on this hotel.
